La Sala Toluca del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación, anuló la noche de este viernes las elecciones de ayuntamiento en los municipios de Nahuatzen, Tingambato y Charapan por lo que deberán realizarse elecciones extraordinarias en dichos lugares.
La determinación de la Sala Regional Toluca del Tribunal, se basa en el hecho de que el Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE) determinó sin causa justificada y precisa no haber instalado casillas así como la quema de urnas el día de la elección.
Dichas irregularidades generaron que no se instalara el 20 por ciento de las casillas, lo que por Ley es motivo de nulidad de una elección.
Cabe apuntar que las partes aún pueden acudir a la Sala Superior del Tribunal para recurrir la sentencia emitida por la Sala Toluca en caso de así determinarlo.
Durante la sesión de la Sala Toluca se confirmarían los resultados de las elecciones en el distrito de Paracho, así como en el ayuntamiento de Peribán.
