Con tibios llamados partidistas a la austeridad, el Consejo General del Instituto Electoral de Michoacán aprobó la noche de este viernes un presupuesto al alza por casi cien millones de pesos para el 2020.
El presupuesto aprobado incluye también un incremento a las percepciones mensuales de los consejeros electorales quienes, ganarán más que el presidente de la República.
Aún y cuando en la recta final del próximo 2020 arranca el proceso electoral y hay gastos extraordinarios que el Instituto debe realizar, en ningún año de arranque de proceso se había registrado tal incremento como el ahora autorizado por la autoridad electoral.
Es así como el presupuesto para el próximo año del IEM será por el orden de 382 millones 992 mil 64.49 pesos, que comparados con los 286.3 millones presupuestados en este 2019 representan un alza de 96.5 millones de pesos.
De los 382.9 millones de presupuesto que el IEM plantea para el próximo año la mayoría se destina a los partidos políticos con un 59.92% por ciento del total, esto es, 229 millones 432 mil 435.40 pesos en total.
Son tres rubros en los que se divide el recurso total para los partidos políticos: prerrogativas para gasto ordinario (206.07 millones), prerrogativas para obtención del voto (6.1 millones), y prerrogativas para actividades específicas (17.1 millones).
Por lo que toca al Instituto Electoral de Michoacán y su gasto operativo, éste asciende a 153 millones 449 mil 629.09 pesos, de los que 97.8 millones son para servicios personales, es decir sueldos y prestaciones; 21.6 millones para materiales y suministros; 30.9 millones para Servicios Generales; y 3.05 millones para bienes muebles e inmuebles.
Durante la sesión fueron tibios los pronunciamientos de los representantes de partido en torno al tema de la austeridad, que más que llamados parecían súplicas a considerar a futuro por las autoridades electorales.
