El actor y comediante Manuel Guízar fue uno de los fundadores de El Corral de la Comedia en 1988 en Morelia, ganó numerosos reconocimientos.
Este sábado por la noche falleció el actor Manuel Guízar, quien se encontraba con problemas de salud recientemente.
Famoso por ser uno de los fundadores de El Corral de la Comedia e interpretar por muchos años la obra La Vida Inútil de Pito Pérez, considerada como la mejor obra del año y a través de la cual recibió numerosos reconocimientos.
El Corral de la Comedia lo fundó en 1988 y desde entonces ha sido un espacio referente en Morelia para obras de emblemáticas del género.
Desde su creación Manuel Guízar montó más de 150 obras teatrales en el recinto. Además de que a lo largo de su carrera participó en festivales como el Cervantino en Guanajuato; el Festival Internacional de la Habana, en Cuba; el Festival Internacional de Alburquerque, Nuevo México, además del Festival Internacional de Bulgaria, siempre poniendo en alto el teatro de México.
