Morelia, Michoacán.-Personal de la Secretaría de Igualdad Sustantiva y Desarrollo de las Mujeres Michoacanas (SEIMUJER) inició una gira de capacitación en materia de perspectiva de género dirigida a personal de los ayuntamientos de todo el Estado.
La finalidad de brindar este tipo de capacitación es dar las herramientas necesarias a los funcionarios municipales para que brinden atención con perspectiva de género, esto es, sensibilizar al personal para atender de manera igualitaria a la población indistintamente del género, señaló la titular de SeiMujer, Fabiola Alanís Sámano.
La primera capacitación se realizó en Turicato donde asistieron 83 servidores públicos, posteriormente se trasladó a Arteaga y ya va trazando una ruta que abordará todas las regiones de Michoacán.
El reto de la dependencia es alcanzar los 113 municipios y así lograr cubrir toda la entidad, de esta manera, los funcionarios tendrán las bases para actuar con perspectiva de género, abundó Alanís Sámano.
