Morelia, Michoacán. Un total de 23 planteles del nivel medio superior en educación tecnológica industrial, agropecuaria y de servicios se mantienen en paro desde el lunes pasado como parte de la presión de docentes adscritos a estos subsistemas para no incorporar a las plantas docentes la figura de “idóneos”.
De acuerdo con Leonel Campos, secretario general del CBTIS 149 en esta capital, la movilización hasta el momento no ha generado respuesta alguna de la Dirección General de Educación Tecnológica Industrial (DGTI), a quien solicitan una mesa de negociación para plantear la situación de rechazo a los “idóneos” que se prevé suplan vacantes de maestros por horas.
Cabe recordar que desde el pasado fin de semana, docentes adscritos al nivel medio superior emplazaron al titular de la DGTI, Alfonso Mora Moguel, al cumplimento de acuerdos establecidos en mayo del 2015, donde se estableció que se respetarían los niveles de docentes en los subsistemas, lo que ante su falta de cumplimiento afecta trámites como jubilación y permisos, al igual que demandar que se privilegie a docentes con pago por horas-clase y más de 20 años de servicio para que ocupen los lugares vacantes.
“No permitiremos que nadie llegue con asignaciones por encima de los maestros del plantel, y esta es la postura en todos los planteles que se han movilizado”, reiteró Leonel Campos.
Además, se requiere atender el rezago en infraestructura de los planteles con la finalidad de una mejor preparación académica a los alumnos en los mismos y no generar “mano de abra acrítica, además de barata”.
En las movilizaciones de escuelas en paro, los 23 planteles integrados pertenecen a las direcciones General de Educación Tecnológica Industrial (DGTI), y General de Educación Tecnológica Agropecuaria (DGTA), como CBTIS, CBTAS y CETMAR.
Cabe señalar que, de acuerdo a una nota de Proceso, en 2016 Mora Moguel fue suspendido 90 días por el Órgano Interno de Control de la Secretaría de Educación Pública por “negligencia administrativa”, ya que se negó a firmar nombramientos de docentes afectados por la asignación irregular de plazas o ascensos.
