Investiga el INE a Laura Bozzo por violar las leyes mexicanas

Morelia, Michoacán.-El Instituto Nacional Electoral (INEA) abrió una investigación para determinar si la conductora peruana Laura Bozzo violó las leyes mexicanas, luego de que invitara a la gente a no votar por el Partido de la Revolución Democrática (PRD).

Lo anterior luego de que el PRD presentara ante el instituto una queja por la presunta violación a lo dispuesto en el Artículo 33, párrafo tercero de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos donde se señala: “Los extranjeros no podrán de ninguna manera inmiscuirse en los asuntos políticos del país”.

Y es que la polémica conductora refirió “al fracaso electoral del PRD”, y llamó a la ciudadanía para que “el día que tengan que votar aprendan que con la izquierda no van a tener libertad de expresión”.

Además el INE también investiga si la conducta de Bozzo es violatoria del Artículo 451 de la Ley General de Instituciones y Procedimientos Electorales, que estipula: Constituyen infracciones a la presente Ley de los extranjeros, las conductas que violen lo dispuesto por el artículo 33 de la Constitución y las leyes aplicables

La Comisión de Quejas y Denuncias del INE acordó en su sesión del miércoles pasado devolver el proyecto de resolución que proponía exonerar a la conductora, para que se estudie, argumente y entre al fondo del asunto conforme a precedentes o doctrinas internacionales, refirió Notimex.
