Ejercítate en minutos con estos ejercicios, puedes realizarlos en casa o gimnasio.
Aplícalos de dos a tres veces por semana para mejores resultados.
Antes de comenzar realiza movimiento articular junto con un ligero calentamiento. Al terminar el calentamiento, realiza estiramientos por 8 segundos.
Ejercicios: (Las series y repeticiones pueden variar según la resistencia de cada persona)
1.- Abducción parada (4 series de 20 repeticiones)
2.- Extensión pie encogido (4 series de 15 repeticiones)
3.- Elevación pierna en alto (4 series de 15 repeticiones)
4.- Extensión no y uno (4 series 10 repeticiones por pierna)
5.- Sentadilla saltando (4 series de 20 saltos)
Al finalizar los ejercicios, realiza estiramientos específicos para el tren inferior.
14 segundos por cada estiramiento.
