Durante dos semanas, la fotógrafa Irina Popova, estuvo en la casa de Anfisa, una niña de dos años viviendo con sus padres, Lilya y Pasha, drogadictos.
La pareja tiene cinco años viviendo junta. Son punks y y son drogadictos, su casa constantemente está llena de visitantes y de ruido.
Lilya no conoce su diagnóstico de VIH y tiene una enfermedad de transmisión sexual. A pesar de su situación, la pareja se ama, así como a su hija.
La fotógrafa menciona que la pareja trata de cuidar a su hija apropiadamente, aunque estas fotos revelan que tal vez no tengan idea de cuál es esta forma apropiada de cuidado.
A través de la secuencia fotográfica se ponen en evidencia descuidos muy grandes, como la niña jugando con cigarros mientras sus padres están durmiendo, drogados o desnudos.
