Cumplimenta PGJE orden de aprehensión en contra de probable homicida de mando policial

Zamora, Michoacán.-Personal de la Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado de Michoacán (PGJEM) cumplimentó una orden de aprehensión contra probable responsable del delito de homicidio calificado en agravio de un mando policial del municipio de Coeneo.

De acuerdo a un comunicado de prensa, investigaciones realizadas por agentes ministeriales determinaron que el agraviado Alberto R. quien se desempeñaba como subdirector de Seguridad Pública del citado municipio, encabezó acciones operativas que permitieron la detención de varias personas relacionadas en el delito de narcomenudeo, mismos que operaban en la región de Coeneo bajo las órdenes del inculpado Gabino M.

Luego de estos hechos, el afectado comenzó a recibir diversas amenazas provenientes de Gabino, en las cuales le ordenaba que ya no detuviera a distribuidores de droga.

De acuerdo a elementos que integran la Averiguación Previa, el pasado 17 de noviembre de 2014, el indiciado se apostó a las afueras del domicilio de la víctima donde estuvo esperando a bordo de un vehículo, momentos después Alberto R., arribó al lugar donde fue agredido por disparos de arma de fuego, mismos que ocasionaron que falleciera.

Luego de estos hechos, continuaron las indagatorias y la Averiguación Previa se consignó ante el Juez de la causa, mismo que obsequió la orden de aprehensión en contra del inculpado, la cual fue cumplimentada por elementos de la policía ministerial.

De igual forma, continúan las investigaciones, ya que existen indicios de que Gabino M., se encuentra relacionado en otros hechos delictivos.

La Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado de Michoacán refrenda su compromiso de continuar realizando acciones que permitan la aplicación de la ley y garanticen seguridad para los michoacanos.
