Morelia, Michoacán.- Una joven moradora de la Casa del Estudiante “Ernesto Che Guevara” denunció ante la Procuraduría General de Justicia de Michoacán (PGJE) el abuso sexual que sufrió a manos de un compañero de morada que ya fue detenido y es investigado por la autoridad ministerial.
El hecho ocurrió cuando el imputado, identificado como Eduardo G., ingresó a una de las habitaciones y tocó a la joven universitaria, quien al percatarse pidió ayuda y fue auxiliada por dos estudiantes que forman parte del consejo de la casa, mismos que procedieron a retener al inculpado y entregarlo a elementos de la Policía Morelia para su posterior presentación ante la Fiscalía Especializada en Delitos Sexuales.
La PGJE informó que en estos momentos, la Fiscalía Especializada atiende de manera puntual el protocolo para la investigación y brinda atención especializada a la víctima, además de implementar medidas de protección.
