Estos ejercicios son muy sencillos de hacer ya que los puedes realizar en casa o gimnasio.
Recuerda realizar un breve calentamiento y movimiento articular antes de comenzar los ejercicios
1.- Desplantes para atrás. 4 series de 10 desplantes cada pie.
2.-Patada para trabajar los glúteos. 4 series de 15 repeticiones cada pie.
3.- Sentadilla con mancuerna, agarre alto. 4 series de 15 sentadillas
4.- Sentadilla doble (Cerrada, abierta) 4 series de 10 sentadillas.
Al terminar realiza algunos estiramientos para las piernas.
